Kevin Govro Counseling and Therapy offers individual therapy services for adults who are experiencing a wide range of mental health issues.

I believe that everyone can achieve a higher level of life satisfaction and effectiveness by working through their personal challenges. For the purposes of my work, I will primarily be utilizing the Evidence Based Treatments of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy in my work with clients.

I received my Masters of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Portland State University in 2012 and received my License from the State of Oregon (Licensed Professional Counselor) in 2016.

I have years of experience in working with clients experiencing mental health issues related to:  trauma (including sexual and physical violence), depression, anxiety, grief/loss, addictions issues, mood disorders, interpersonal and marital conflicts, career dissatisfaction and legal (civil/criminal) issues.

My rate is $150/hr. for Individual and any Couples/Family sessions

 

I currently accept the following insurances:  Providence, MODA, Blue-Cross Blue Shield, UMG, Medicare.
